For years I searched for a comprehensive, yet gentle, geography book with real photographs. This came along at just the right time. I love using this alongside the Around the World curricula

We absolutely love this book! It is a fantastic reference book to have on hand. I love how it simplifies everything to one page per country and has real photographs in it. We also love the fun and interesting facts. Would definitely recommend as a must-have in every home!

We have used BFB's Around the World with Picture Books, and this would be a great reference book to have on hand to supplement! Great photos and fun facts included.

This gorgeous matte hardcover is organized beautifully, so the sheer amount of information does not feel overwhelming. Organized first by continent, and then alphabetically, there is a smooth consistency to the presentation of the information. First, we find quick facts on every country about population, size, and demographics, even predominate biomes. Following is a list of fascinating fun facts, and closing with a list of that country's national parks. Flags are pictured. Each country also has their national flower, animal, bird, or fruit/food beautifully painted or photographed and annotated.Each country is featured on one, occasionally two pages, for a perfect springboard. For deeper dives, the book's introduction gives recommendations for additional encyclopedic research and YouTube channels.Attractive enough as a display, this is no simple "coffee table" decor, but a useful resource to broaden our knowledge of the world we live in. ⭐ I would highly recommend this book!Thank you to @beautifulfeetbooks for their generosity in providing a copy for my honest review. I would buy this book in a heartbeat if the font was not white. It's incredibly difficult to read. A guide I purchased from BFB has this and it's terrible.
