I was shocked by how much we loved this curriculum! Well, I should say.. shocked by how much this unit made me love ancient history! We've used BF for a few years now and their quality and engagement is unmatched! I guess I should have known better but coming from traditional schooling.. we never learned much about Ancient History. Gosh, this is why we love BF so much in our home!!! It makes history engaging and teaches so much more about history than is taught in standard textbooks and in SUCH a personal way. The material always sticks with both my son and myself. We were constantly looking forward to the stories and wondering what would happen next. Definitely recommend!!
We have completed the first lesson and love it! My kids are 6,4, and 2 and the books and questions are perfect for my 6 and 4 year old but I can imagine them really enjoying it and getting a lot out of it for several years.

Your character course utilized more scripture and referenced more Biblical concepts than I have you credit for. I was quite impressed as I read through the Teacher's Guide . . . Looking forward to getting the books to go with it.
I own the first version of Teaching Character Through Literature, and I am so excited to have this version now! The first (blue) version is mostly a reading list, and their "lessons" were a short reading followed by 3-4 discussion questions. That really didn't add much value for us since we do that anyway. This version though, WOW! It is so much more usable and each lesson has been fully thought out. I can't wait to add this to our family loop this year!

I’m looking forward to using this study with my kids! The book list already looks wonderful. I love the scripture connections and practicality. It’s a way to teach good character without beating their head with books— just filling their minds with good stories!
The European World book appears to be thorough, easy to read, and containing pertinent information.
The BF Medieval curriculum looks like it is going to be a blast!!! We can't wait to dig in to all the great literature and try our hand at the recommended recipes!
We love that it’s learning history through wholesome books. The projects and “rabbit hole” trail offs of the sections are great ways to continue diving through the topics of interest. This is the first year we are using BFB and it’s great for all agaes!
My son was so excited we started the day it came in the mail. I love how it is literature based, not scripted, and easy to add onto. I appreciate the convenience of the books and main points being laid out there. The activities and recipes are great. None of this is overwhelming. I also purchased the seasons afield. We are looking forward to that and getting history in the future.
Thought provoking. Brilliant. Memory making musical education. We absolutely love this study. We keep coming back because Beautiful Feet Books does it again.
